Meg's mum died when she was only 2 weeks old, and her breeder Sarah ended up handrearing the whole litter. Consequently, Meg was one of the tiniest 6 week old kittens I've ever seen, she was about the size of a small mouse! Meg caught up eventually, and becaome a good size for a doe. She was a real character, and stayed mad and pingy well beyond 2 years old. Her outgoing cheeky nature really served her well at the Clevedon show in 2003, where she won best pet doe.

Meg left us on the 12th March, just 4 weeks before her 3rd birthday. She'd made a fantastic age, and died peacefully at home with her 3 friends, Amy, Molly and Charlie. Sleep well Meg.
