Sadly I lost my beautiful dainty blue agouti doe to a staph infection.  She was only just over a year old, and far too young. 

Anwen was always a sweet, quiet little girl. She arrived with her sister Rhiannon, brother Seamus, and foster brother Harry around this time last year. She was a lovely little thing, and quickly settled in with my other girls. She also did well at at shows in her first 6 months, winning best blue agouti a couple of times. 

Last March, Anwen was mated to Regan of Alpha Centauri, and produced a healthy litter of 12 fat babies.  Sadly, having her litter seemed to knock the stuffing out of her a bit, she lost a lot of weight and condition while feeding her babies, which she never seemed to regain, and was always very slightly under the weather. She managed to carry on being a happy active little thing despite this until the end, when the staph bug hit.
